At SavvyTreads, we want you to step out in style and confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear and apparel. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we are dedicated to making the resolution process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
